21 December 2018-Tsebendal Tumenjargal is joining Deren FC from Ulaanbaatar City FC

6 February 2019- Shori Murata re-signs with Athletic 220 FC for the 2019 season.

12 February 2019- After one season with the club, American GK Austin Rogers leaves Ulaanbaatar City FC for ACS Dacia Unirea Braila of Romania's Liga II

18 March 2019-Futsal international Gerelbayar Yondonjamts signs joins Khaan Khuns Crown Club. The forward has signed a 4-year deal. The 24-year-old last played for 1st League champions Ulaanbaataryi Unaganuud


23 March 2019- SP Falcons FC have pulled off a major signing with last year's MPL Golden Boot winner Tatsuya Nishio joining the club for the season. He is joined by fellow-Japanese players Mikito Endo and Kazu Yanagidate who were also signed.


25 March 2019- A.Lkhagvasuren joins SP Falcons from Ulaanbaatar City


25 March 2019- O. Odbayar joins SP Falcons from Anduud City. He'll wear the #9 in 2019.


25 March 2019- Anduud City FC signs former 1st League Top Scorer Erdene-Ochir Mungunbagana, and extended the contract of defender H. Enkhzorig and last year's MPL Silver Boot winner Batbayar Khash-Erdene.


25 March 2019- Anduud City FC signs M. Enkh-Od and B. Ariunbold.


26 March 2019- Anduud City FC unveil UEFA "A" coach Vojislav Bralusic as its new coach for 2019, 2020, and 2021. The Serbian coached Erchim FC from 2012-2014, Mongolia U-16 in 2014, and Deren FC from 2014-2018. He has also coached high level clubs from his homeland. He takes over the Anduud City position for Gongorjav Davaa-Ochir who had been the club's head coach since 2016.


27 March 2019- Anduud City signs S. Batbaysgalan. The club also extended the contract of ten players who were with the club last season: Ts. Bat-Orgil, D. Bat-Erdene, B. Battushig, S. Dulguun, P. Enkhbileg, S. Enkhsaikhan, H. Enkhzorig, B. Hash-Erdene, Ts. Munkhtulga, and Ts. Unenbat.


29 March 2019-Ulaanbaatar City FC signs Mongolia Under-23 international MF Dugeree Temuulen to a 4-year deal. Temuulen played alongside fellow-Mongolian Ganbold Ganbayar at Hugary's Puskas Akademia.


31 March 2019-Russian defender and MPL veteran Alim Zumakulov signs for Khaan Khuns Crown Club. He originally came to Mongolia in 2016, signing for Selenge Press FC. He most recently played for 
Anduud City in 2018 after briefly returning to his homeland for the 2017 season.


1 April 2019-G. Gantula joins Anduud City FC on a transfer from recently relegated Gepro FC.


1 April 2019-Ulaanbaatar City FC signs Senegalese international and former AS Monaco defender Massamba Sambou. The 32-year-old has signed a 1-year deal.


2 April 2019-Spanish defensive midfielder Yago Perez has joined Ulaanbaatar City FC from Andorran champions FC Santa Coloma. An official announcement was made by the club today.


3 April 2019-Ulaanbaatar City FC signs 25-year-old Japanese defender Soichiro Tanaka. The player has been with clubs in Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, the Philippines, Montenegro, Latvia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. He last club was FK Slavija Sarajevo in Bosnia in 2017.


6 April 2019- Ulaanbaatar City has announced Dragos Plopeanu as its goalkeeper coach. The Romanian has previously served in the same position at Steau Bucuresti. He's been the Mongolian senior team's goalkeeping coach since 2017. This is the second coaching change at the club this offseason, with former Mongolia international and team record goalscorer Donorovyn Lümbengarav unveiled as the club's first native head coach earlier in the offseason. Previously Lümbengarav coached Arvis FC, including during its 1st League championship season in 2017


12 April 2019- The day before the opening of the 2019 MPL season Deren FC has announced two signings. Denis Kniga is a Russian goalkeeper who has played professionally extensively in his homeland, most notably with FC Dynamo Saint Petersburg in tier two. He also had a stint with recent Latvian champions FC Riga in 2016. The second is 33-year-old Canadian forward Ryan Fante. Fante has played in his homeland, Singapore, and Australia in addition to two clubs in Mongolia beginning in 2012.


17 April 2019- Anduud City FC announced the signing of 31-year-old Italian defender Antonio Stelitano. Stelitano, most recently with FK Nevezis of the Lithuania I Lyga has also spent time with clubs in Argentina, Romania, the Dominican Republic, and Spain, in addition to multiple Italian clubs. Most notably Stelitano was on the books at Parma Calcio.


18 April 2019- Anduud City FC has signed Dutch winger Randell Harrevelt the 26-year-old (who also holds Aruban citizenship) has played for clubs in the Netherlands, England, Belgium, Iceland, Malta, and Turkey before his stop in Mongolia. While in England, he was a member of Nottingham Forest's youth sides. 


Summer Transfer Window 


24 June 2019- Italian Antonio Stelitano departs Anduud City less than half way through the season. He joined the club in April 2019.


10 July 2019- Anduud City FC has signed Russian defender Alim Zumakulov. Zumakulov signed for Khaan Khuns in March 2019. He played for Anduud City for the 2018 season.They have also added 21-year-old Russian defender Igor Nechay. Nachay has played professional in Russia with FC MITOS Novocherkassk from 2015-2016.


14 July 2019- Erchim FC has added 32-year-old Japanese attacking midfielder Rei Ishikawa for the remainder of the season. He joins from Luang Prabang United of the Laos Premier League.


18 July 2019- Big move as Mönkh-Erdene Tsagaantsooj and Sündorj Janchiv join Khangarid FC for the second half of the season.

20 July 2019- Deren FC have added 34-year-old Serbian goalkeeper Željko Kuzmić for the second half of the season. He was most recently with SV Donaustauf in Germany.
