EPL Legend Presents 2022 Golden Ball Awards

Former Manchester United and England defender Wes Brown was the guest of honor and host today, 7 February 2023, at the annual Golden Ball Awards ceremony in Ulaanbaatar. Normally held in December each year, this year's ceremony was pushed back because of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
This year's ceremony kicked off at 6 PM local time in the great hall of the Ulaanbaatar Hotel. The winners reflect player performances for the year 2022.
As always, voting was done by players, management, and media personnel.
Below are the award winners for the most notable categories.
Foreign Player of the Year
Yuta Mishima of Khaan Khuns Erchim FC. Mishima scored twenty six league goals to win the MPL Golden Boot award for the 2021/22 season, fourteen more than his closest challenger. He has since moved on to Angthong FC of the Thai League 3.
Futsal Manager of the Year
S. Erdene-Ochir of Ulaanbaatar Unaganuud FC
Female Team Manager of the Year
S. Shinebayar of Kharaatsai FC
Male Team Manager of the Year
D. Batnasan of Khaan Khuns Erchim FC
Goal of the Year
Z. Lkhagva of Khovd FC for his goal for the Mongolian national under-20 side against Sri Lanka in 2023 AFC U-20 Asian Cup qualification
Best Futsal Player of the Year
E. Purevdorj of Ulaanbaatar Unaganuud FC
Female Player of the Year
