Hunters FC secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory against Bishrelt-Khoromkhon in a thrilling encounter.

Khoromkhon dominated the first half-hour, creating several dangerous chances, including a shot in the 24th minute and two free kicks (26th, 27th). However, Hunters remained unfazed, relying on their speed and counterattacking strength. In the 35th minute, they took the lead with a swift counterattack as Mungunbagana (#9) successfully finished a perfectly executed break. Shortly after, a frustrated foul from Khoromkhon resulted in a yellow card, yet Hunters missed the opportunity to extend their lead during this period.

Khoromkhon came out stronger in the second half but was continually thrown off by Hunters' dangerous counterattacks. In the 49th minute, Choi Tae-min (#42) nearly scored another goal for Hunters, but Khoromkhon’s goalkeeper Gan-Erdene (#1) made a spectacular save. Another counterattack in the 76th minute saw Mungunbagana (#9) elude four defenders before being stopped just outside the box.
Khoromkhon finally managed to equalize in the 68th minute when Naranbold (#11) slipped past the defense and scored after a quick counterattack, leveling the game at 1-1.

However, the Hunters remained a constant threat. Choi Tae-min struck the post after yet another counter, leading to a frenetic final phase of the match.
In the 83rd minute, Khoromkhon’s Turbat (#3) received a yellow card and was subsequently sent off with a second yellow after protesting too vehemently, further complicating matters for the team in black and white.
Instead of switching to a more defensive approach, Khoromkhon continued to play as before, giving Hunters the upper hand.
This ultimately proved costly in stoppage time. Naranbold (#11) lost possession to Choi Tae-min (#42), who passed the ball to a free Byambasuren (#30). His initial shot was blocked, but he converted the rebound from a tight angle to seal the 2-1 win.

It was a preventable loss for Khoromkhon, who, after a strong start, were ultimately defeated by Hunters’ effective counterattacks. On the other hand, Hunters showed they could capitalize on any lapse in focus, earning a well-deserved three points.
