Transfer Tracker: Winter 2022/2023 (UPDATED)

The MFF winter transfer season opened on 1 February and will remain open until midnight on 28 February. Below is a running list of the moves we know so far.

BCH Lions

7 March-Young American MF Sam Herrholtz Biro has joined the club from Hutnik Huta Czechy of Poland's regional leagues. The Ohio native committed to play college soccer for Finlandia University in 2020.

7 March-Andrew William Thomeri joins from Alicante City FC in Spain's lower divisions.

7 March-S. Tamir joins the club from Khaan Khuns-Erchim FC.

Bulgan SP Falcons

28 February- The club has announced that Tuguldur Mönkh-Erdene has returned to the club following a season-long loan with Bavarians FC.

1 March- MF B. Zorigtsaikhan joins Falcons from FC Ulaanbaatar

3 March- 27-year-old Japanese winger Ryohei Miyazaki has joined the club. The player has experience in Japan, Poland, the United States, Malaysia, and the OFK Backa of the Serbian top flight. His US experience was for San Diego Zest FC, part of the LA Galaxy setup.

7 March- The club has announced the signings of the following players: Andre Paulino Ferreira (Sao Paulo Crystal) , Vlademir Everton Do Naschimento Silva (Sao Paulo Crystal) , S. Zhambalbavuu (DMU), and Kohga Tsuruhara (SKM Liptovsky Hradok).

Deren FC

12 December- Deren FC has named Ch. Monkbat as new head coach. The former national team player has coached at both FC Ulaanbaatar and Athletic 220 FC. He has signed on a two-year deal.

7 March-Anand Naranbat rejoins the club from Switzerland's FC Champel. He left Deren in 2022 to join the Puskas Akademia in Hungary.

7 March-Tsogtbayar Batbayar joins from ASK Mochart Koflach of Austria. He has spent his whole career in the country.

7 March-J. Saikhanjargal joins the club as a free agent.

FC Ulaanbaatar

3 February- FC Ulaanbaatar has signed a "medium-term" contract with national team striker Mijiddorji Oyunbaatar. The 26-year-old was a member of Khangarid FC before most recently playing for Ulaanbaatar City.

9 February- 2017's Best Defender Oyunbaatar Otgonbayar. The 29-year-old spent a decade with Khoromkhon FC before spending the last six seasons with Ulaanbaatar City. He has also earned fourteen senior international caps. The deal sees Otgonbayar with the club for the next two years.

6 March-24-year-old midfielder Jargaltuyaa Tsogt-Ochir returns to the club.

6 March-Ty Jerrik Humphreys joins from Japan's Yaita Chouh High School SC.

6 March-Japanese player Takuto Miki joins from NK Spartak Mala Subotica of Croatia.

6 March-Serbian Sasa Teofanov joins from Zambia's Buildcon FC. The rest of the 31-year-old midfielder's career was in Serbia aside from a short stint in Germany's lower leagues.

6 March-Iranian-Australia midfielder Mohammad Hossein Ellahi joins from Gibraltar's Glacis United. He has previously played for clubs in France, Germany, Austria, Australia, and in the academy of Seattle Sounders FC of Major League Soccer in the United States. Notably, he has also spent time with Tampines Rovers FC in the Singapore Premier League, and Minerva Punjab FC in India's I-League.

Hunters FC

13 March- Hunters FC announce the signing of Oyunbadrakh Gankhuyag from Khökh Chononuud FC. The player from Dornod Aimag was selected for a year-long training stint with Puskás Akadémia FC in 2022.

13 March-young player B. Togtuunmuren was signed as a free agent.

13 March-A. Anandbazar joins Hunters FC from SP Falcons where he had experience in the National League.

Khaan Khuuns-Erchim FC

6 March-31-year-old Japanese midfielder Tomoyuki Unno joins the club from Cambodia's Soltilo Angkor FC.

6 March-Ruslan Veklich joins the club. The 23-year-old Uzebek joins from FC Talant of the Kyrgyz Premier League.

6 March-Russian Veli Mamedov joins from FC FShM Moscow.

6 march-Uzebek Abdulazizkhon Juraev joins from FC Gijduvon in his homeland.

Khangarid FC

7 March-T. Enh-Erdene has joined from Ulaanbaatar City FC.

7 March-Right winger Aoto Saito joins the club from Germany's Union Nettetal.

7 March -24-year-old Japanese midfielder Shoya Nagata joins from Wyvern FC in his homeland.

7 March-24-year-old Japanese forward Kazutaka Sato joins from KF Shkumbini in Albania's third tier.

7 March-Wasiu Abiodun Rafiu has joined the club from Zion Liberty FC of the Nigerian IFA League.

Khoromkhon FC

6 March-28-year-old centre-forward Michael Adeyemo rejoins the club. The Nigerian first joined the club in 2013. In addition to Khoromkhon, he has played for delta FC and Western FC in Mongolia. He has also played in Nepal, Mauritius, and Mozambique.

6 March-Brazilian striker Eduardo Andrade Brandao has joined the club Kyrgyzstan's FC Dordoi. The 25-year-old has also played for clubs in Brazil, Germany, Albania, Belize, Bahrain, and Palestine.

6 March- Darambayar Tsetsenbaataryn joins the club. The 30-year-old defender most recently played for Athletic 220 FC and Central Bugan. The player, who was a Golden Ball finalist for best male player in 2020, played for Khoromkhon most recently in 2021 after a long tenure there.

7 March- Defensive player Kawasaki Shian joins the club from NK Dinamo Palovec. He is 23.

7 March- 23-year-old Japanese midfielder Shogo Umazume joins from Latvia's Rezeknes FA.

Khovd FC

28 February-The talented prospect Ganbat Buyannemekh has joined the club from the Kharaatsai FC academy.

28 February- Mongolian attacker Erdene-Ochir Mungunbagana has joined the club.

28 February- One of the top Mongolian strikers in recent years B. Munkh-Erdene has also signed.

28 February- The club has also added to its defense with the signing of S. Usehbayar.

6 March-South Korean Se Yeon Lee joins the club from SE Yangcheongu. His past clubs also include Cheonju University and a club in Austria.

6 March- Versatile Uzbekistani defender Mirjalol Kurbanov joins the club from Tajikistan's FK Ravshan Zafarobod.

7 March-The club has announced the signing of the following players: Akhror Umarjonov (Pakhtakor FC), Daiki Jahana (Khaan Khuns-Erchim FC), and A. Baasansuren (Ilch FC).

Tuv Azanganuud-Tuv Buganuud

7 March-The club has announced the signing of the following players: Noriki Akada (SC Mika), Ryuki Shinyashiki (Okinawa Sport-Verein), and D. Enhbayasgalan (Erchim FC).

Ulaanbaatar City FC

28 February-The club has announced the signing of Brazilian centre-back Marcelinho, Jr. The 24-year-old most recently played for AD Guarulhos in his homeland. He previously played for FC Ulaanbaatar from March to August 2021.

1 March- 32-year-old Brazilian centre-forward re-joins Ulaanbaatar City. Do Carmo first signed for UBC in 2019 and quickly became one of the best strikers in the league with 18 goals in 19 matches. His career has taken him to numerous stops in South America, Europe, Asian. He most recently played for Ranong United in the Thai League 2.

1 March-20-year-old Japanese defensive midfielder Neo Tamura re-joins the club. During his last stint with the club, he made 22 appearances, registering three goals and eight assists.

2 March-Japanese FW Ryota Nagisono joins the club. The 25-year-old has played for clubs in Japan and Germany.

2 March-Timor-Leste youth international Thiago Oliviero Fernandes joins the club. The the Brazilian-born MF has played for clubs in Brazil, Bahrain, Indonesia, Kuwait, India, Macao, and Cambodia.

7 March-The club has announced the signings of the following players: O. MunkhSaikhan (Ilch FC), J. Davasuren , V. Temujin, B. Nyambat, A. Sodmunkh, B. Enkhmandah, B. Orgilbold, and B. Yesuhei, all from Khökh Chononuud FC.
